Kept us waiting at 1am in the morning 45mins late. We booked this shuttle because they said quick. We had small children and wanted to get home. Driver was rude and said to blame his boss they always book jobs close together. No care for customer service do not book this company!!!

Unreliable and way too expensive. Made booking few days ago. I've got flight tomorrow so I rechecked my bookings on my e-mail to find my pick up time was 2:30am instead of 2:30pm. I called them up but terribly unhelpful. Staff did not give me proper answer and told me he'd call me back but no calls. So I texted him asking what is going on and the reply was "sorry we are not available" I replied asking to let me know if the whole booking is canceled so I can book somewhere else but no response. I ended up booking at super shuttle. It was super easy no need to wait for email reply thay give you price on site, way cheaper too I'm paying them $188 when quick shuttle is charging us $270

For larger group transfers, we will meet you at either Door 2 or Door 5 of the airport terminal; this makes it easy for your group members coming off different flights to locate their drivers.
You need to tell us whether you will be docking, whether it’s Queens Wharf or Princes Wharf, and we will meet you at the main lobby area. Or, we can pre-arrange a pick-up point with you.
