The designated pickup location is outside Doors 5 and 6 of the
Air New Zealand terminal. Your driver will meet you there, extend a warm welcome, and assist you with your luggage. To facilitate seamless communication, please ensure your mobile phone is turned on. This will allow the driver to contact you directly via text message, WhatsApp, or email if necessary.

Please carefully read and follow these instructions to rendezvous with the driver at ‘LANES 5 & 6’ in the TAXI RANK & SHUTTLE PICKUP AREA.
Upon exiting the Arrivals door, TURN RIGHT and proceed towards GLASS DOOR 8. Once you have passed through GLASS DOOR 8, follow the signage to guide you through the walkway towards the TAXI RANK & SHUTTLE PICKUP AREA.
When you reach this area, look for your driver or the ‘QUICK SHUTTLE’ van stationed at ‘LANES 5 & 6’.

As a standard procedure, we collect passengers from the TAXI and SHUTTLE pickup areas unless alternative arrangements for a different collection point have been previously agreed upon.

The driver will collect you from the physical address provided. Please note that the driver will navigate directly to your residence for collection. However, it is imperative to ensure that there is ample space for the driver to manoeuvre and turn the vehicle around with ease as we operate larger conveyances. If you have any doubts regarding the adequacy of space for this purpose, kindly inform us in advance. The driver can wait by the kurbside for your collection in such instances.
For alternative pickup locations such as hotels, educational institutions, wedding venues, or sporting grounds, our drivers will primarily await your arrival at the main entrance or reception area. However, if you require collection from a different location or specific point within these premises, it is essential that you communicate this to us promptly after your booking confirmation. This will enable us to relay the information to our drivers, ensuring a seamless pickup experience.

For larger group transfers, we will meet you at either Door 2 or Door 5 of the airport terminal; this makes it easy for your group members coming off different flights to locate their drivers.
You need to tell us whether you will be docking, whether it’s Queens Wharf or Princes Wharf, and we will meet you at the main lobby area. Or, we can pre-arrange a pick-up point with you.
